As a Cypress wedding photographer,

one of my favorite locations for engagement sessions in Houston is the stunning campus of Rice University. The timeless architecture, elegant arches, and textured brick walls provide a romantic and classic backdrop for couples wanting a refined look for their photos. During this particular session, we braved a surprising cold front that rolled in unexpectedly, but that didn’t stop the soon-to-be bride from showing up in style. While everyone else bundled up in layers, she powered through the chilly air in her beautifully styled outfit—and looked absolutely radiant doing it.

The crisp air gave the entire session a cozy, romantic vibe, and the contrast between the couple’s warmth and the grand stone surroundings made for striking images. We made the most of Rice University's elegant walkways and quiet corners, capturing natural moments filled with laughter and love.
