Free Photo Booth Drawing — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The drawing is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

Entrants must reside within the Houston or Cypress, Texas area or within 15 miles of service radius.

Only one entry per person, per account is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

2. Prize Details

The winner will receive a free Digital Photo Booth Package (Package 03) as the prize.

The digital package includes:

-Photo Booth Rental

-3 Hour Minimum

-Attendant

-Custom Event Design Template

-Digital Gallery

-Basic Backdrop

3. Upgrades & Additional Costs

The winner may choose to upgrade to a higher package or add optional features (such as prints, premium backdrops, or custom overlays).

Any upgrades will require payment of the price difference between the Digital Package (03) and the upgraded selection at the time of booking.

All additional hours, travel beyond the included radius, or customizations are subject to standard pricing.

4. Redemption Terms

The prize must be redeemed and booked within 60 days of the winner announcement.

Event date is subject to availability — bookings are first come, first served.

Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used with other offers.

5. Cancellation Policy

If the winner cancels after confirming their event, the prize will be forfeited.

Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply for any paid upgrades.

6. Media Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that photos or videos taken in or around the photo booth during their event may be used for marketing and promotional purposes on our website, social media, or other materials.

7. Organizer Rights

A Montoya Photography reserves the right to modify or cancel the drawing at any time.

Any attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome will result in disqualification.
